PURCHASE + PAYMENT
All prices shown in this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include
Australian GST. Methods of payment are via Mastercard, Visa and PayPal only.
Once an order is placed on this website, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the
buyer’s nominated e-mail address before payment is deducted. Your credit card
payment will automatically be calculated and charged in Australian Dollars.
Gretchen Hillhouse Design is committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information and does not disclose your details to any third parties.
SHIPPING
All Gretchen Hillhouse Design pieces are made in Australia and can be shipped worldwide. Postage rates are added at checkout and are as follows:
AUSTRALIA-WIDE: Registered Post: flat rate $8
INTERNATIONAL POST: Airmail (insured): flat rate $15
Please note International customers will be responsible for local duties and taxes.
All goods will be sent via Australia Post within 4 business days of receiving payment unless we notify otherwise. Delivery is to the delivery address the buyer nominates when placing the order. All parcels can be tracked and remain the responsibility of Gretchen Hillhouse Design until transferred to the buyer upon delivery.
WARRANTY
Gretchen Hillhouse Design guarantees its products against defects in materials and workmanship. We are happy to offer a full replacement or exchange for manufacturing faults, however we cannot offer a replacement or exchange on faults caused by the wearer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Items that have not been worn and are in original condition, can be exchanged with proof of purchase within 14 days of order. Please re-supply credit card details at the time of exchange to cover any discrepancy in the value of the exchanged items and to pay for the return shipping costs. Your original order number should be referenced with any exchange.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods to
Gretchen Hillhouse Design and the handling costs incurred in the delivery of the new item (unless due to faults in workmanship). Any loss or damage to returned goods during transit back to Gretchen Hillhouse Design, is the responsibility of the buyer. To ensure that returned items arrive safely, please use a registered postal service.
When returning an item:
Pack your item in secure packaging. Please inform Gretchen Hillhouse Design of the reason for return and your contact details.
